Our ciders contain zero residual sugar, no carbs, no preservatives, and are only 125 calories per serving. We use a natural cider making process that encourages native yeast and probiotic bacteria to ferment our beverages, which leaves us with an alcoholic beverage full of live cultures. On average, we have around 6 billion colony forming units of lactic acid bacteria, more than most commercially-available kombuchas. Our ciders are also made with 100% fresh-pressed juice, real fruits, and locally grown herbs – we like to keep our ingredient lists simple and pronounceable, so you know you’re always getting the real deal!
