Tour & Privacy Policies
Cancellation Policy
For Individual Tickets - Cancellations are accepted up to 7 days before the tour is set to begin for a full refund. Contact us at (323) 928-2113.
For Private Tours - Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days before the tour is scheduled to begin. If you choose to cancel within 14 days, you will be charged 25% of the cost of your scheduled tour.
Reschedule Policy
For Individual Tickets - You may reschedule for another tour up to 72 hours before the original tour you were set to go on begins.
For Private Tours - You may reschedule a private tour at no additional cost up to 7 days before the tour is scheduled to begin. If you reschedule then choose to cancel the rescheduled tour, no matter how many days before the rescheduled tour is set to begin you will be responsible for 50% of the cost of the tour.
If We Cancel
LA Beer Hop holds the right to cancel any tour up to 7 days before the tour. Any money paid will be refunded or rescheduled at a time that is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
Privacy Policy
LA Beer Hop won’t sell or give out any of your information. But please, feel free to give out ours.
